What happens when people can finally find you website

A business with good people and a weak spot online. Either customers couldn’t find them, or they found them and nothing happened next. We fixed both. Each case shows what we did and what came back, in the numbers the business actually sees.

The person on the other end of that search

Think about who types (pre settlement funding) into Google. Someone hurt in an accident, with a lawyer who says the case will settle eventually. Eventually doesn’t pay rent. They’re on their phone, probably stressed, and they want one thing: a real company that will pick up and explain how this works.

That person doesn’t compare twenty websites. They call one of the first names that looks legitimate. National Lawsuit Funding, based in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, needed to be one of those names.

What we did

We started with their Google listing, and verification because that’s where those searchers land first. Then we built the SEO work around the phrases people actually type, not the industry jargon a company uses about itself.

What changed

The phone started ringing more, and it stayed that way. In April the profile was getting about 80 calls a month. From June it held above 120, peaking in the mid-130s. That’s roughly 60% more calls a month, and it held for the whole second half of the period instead of spiking and fading.

Most of the searches came from strangers. Of the five top search terms, “national lawsuit funding” (438) was the only one that included the company’s name. The other four were what a stranger types: “pre settlement funding” (298), “pre settlement loans” (201), “lawsuit loans” (167), and “best pre settlement funding companies” (88). Nearly two thirds of those searches came from people who had never heard of them. That’s what ranking does that a business card can’t.

They were found on phones, in search.

4,965 of the 6,294 views came from mobile Google Search. Only about 4% came through Maps. This is why the listing and the ranking have to work together: the search results page is where the decision happens.

Trust closed the gap.

People shopping for money during a hard stretch read reviews before they dial. A 4.8 rating across 933 reviews answers the “are these people real?” question before it gets asked.
