Logan moves more than 43 million passengers a year. Every one of them needs to get somewhere, and plenty of them go looking for a car right when they need it: standing at baggage claim, or on a laptop the week before a trip. The city is full of operators fighting over the same few searches.
Boston Logan Limo Service is a 24-hour operation with a fleet that photographs well. None of that matters if the person searching never sees them.
We built around the words travelers actually type, not just the company’s own name.
They showed up for the searches that matter. “Car service to logan airport” was the top term at 277. Behind it came “logan” (146), “taxi” (129) and “boston car service” (126). Only one of the top five (“boston logan limo service usa,” 139) leaned on the company’s own name. The other four were strangers, some of whom typed a single word.
They were visible to both kinds of traveler. Half of all views came from mobile searches, which is the last-minute crowd. But one in three came from desktop Google Search. Those are people planning ahead and booking a wedding party or a business trip from a laptop. Another 18% came through Maps. The profile was in front of all of them.
It turned into action. 475 calls, clicks and direction requests over six months, averaging around 80 a month, with a peak near 105 in July.
